The Center has a professional staff of 14 faculty and research associates who carry out strategic management consulting, research and evaluation studies, and capacity building projects.  The Center’s annual budget of $2.5 million supports a portfolio of more than a dozen initiatives – large and small.  The Center Director also chairs the MBA and MPP concentrations in children, youth and families and teaches graduate courses at the Heller School and is President of the Brandeis Faculty Senate.  This mix ensures a rich exchange of community-academy lessons in both classrooms and communities.  Based in an academic setting, the Center can draw upon additional resources from the University to supplement its own considerable resources.
